Having grown up in Ukraine, Victoria was thrilled to get a chance to live her version of the American Dream when she immigrated to the United States in 1995.
Her love of statistical analysis and human psychology became a great asset to her new passion of helping her real estate clients. Her teaching and interpreting background, extensive worldwide travel, and ability to speak several languages, helps Victoria to relate to her clients on a much deeper level. She always attempts to understand first in order to be understood.
Having made it to the top 100 agents with Exit Realty US and Canada, Victoria decided to move her career to Keller Williams Realty International to provide even better level of exposure to her listings and thus serving her sellers on a deeper level.
Victoria enjoys alike working with all of her clients, be it repeat buyers or sellers, investors, move up clients, first time home-buyers, or sellers, that have lived in their homes all of their lives. She has a vast experience helping her clients through both difficult and exhilarating events in their lives that have caused them to either sell or buy real estate.
In her own words, “Real Estate matters. It is an indicator of the health of the economy in general. Properties matter. A home is a necessity, a shelter, a refuge, a dream, but … people matter more … always.” By meeting her clients’ needs to the best of her understanding, Victoria has built a successful real estate career working by referral one house one client at a time.
